Concienciando Vidas
Every mission begins long before one becomes aware of it.
Concienciando Vidas was born to share knowledge, experiences, and reflections on health, well‑being, mindfulness, personal development and, ultimately, on life itself.
For a long time, I thought I had too many interests. I am passionate about health. I am passionate about mindfulness. I am passionate about engineering. I am passionate about psychology. I am passionate about animals. I am passionate about nature. I am passionate about teaching. I am passionate about creating projects that improve society. For years, I believed they were different paths. Today I know they have always been the same path.
I learned very early what loneliness, patience, self‑esteem, and the need to find strength within myself meant. It was a stage that deeply shaped the person I am. I learned that pain can turn into learning. I learned that the way others treat you does not determine who you are. I learned to observe. I learned to think. I learned to take care of myself and believe in myself. I learned to dance under storms.
My mother taught me from a very young age the importance of taking care of my health. I don’t remember health as a trend. I remember it as a way of living. While other people barely paid attention to nutrition or exercise, I was already creating my own schedules to eat better, stay active, and take care of my body. I didn’t do it because someone forced me. I did it because I wanted to understand. I have always wanted to understand. That’s why I fell in love with computer science when I discovered it was possible to talk to a computer. That’s why I studied engineering. That’s why years later I studied mindfulness. That’s why I have never stopped researching health. And that’s why I keep asking myself questions. Not because I need to be right, but because I need to understand.
Over time, I discovered that engineering fascinated me for a reason that went far beyond technology. Engineering is about observing a problem, understanding it deeply, and designing a solution. Without realizing it, I began doing the same with life and with people. Not to fix them. Not to change them. But to better understand what we need to live with more awareness. That was when I understood something no one had ever taught me. I wasn’t just an engineer. I decided to apply the curiosity, rigor, critical thinking, and analytical capacity inherent to engineering to something that had always been present in my life: the human being. For more than twenty‑five years I have worked as an engineer and led teams. At the same time, I began to feel that there was a part of me that needed something more. I didn’t want to limit myself to solving technical problems or managing an area or teams. I wanted to dedicate more time to people. Not because engineering stopped making sense, but because I discovered that this part of sharing is also important to me.
I believe we need to be more aware.
My projects
I am currently continuing to develop my professional work as an engineer and, at the same time, I am shaping my own projects connected to what truly interests me.

Transparency
When I share or recommend a product, service, or tool, I do so because it is part of my own personal experience and because I believe it provides value and aligns with my principles. I do not recommend anything I do not use myself. If there is any kind of collaboration, I will always state it with complete transparency so that each person can decide freely.
